My Top Wedding Registry Items 🎁

My Top Wedding Registry Items 🎁

Friends and family are getting engaged left and right - CONGRATS! So with that I am attempting to impart my registry knowledge onto them especially the items which have been my favorite over the past 3 years!

  1. Kitchen Aid Stand 5 Qt. Stand Mixer

I know a lot of people think these are only decorative appliances, but I have used mine sooo much more than I expected and not just for the typical baking. I have used it to make pancake mixes, healthier protein muffins, and all sorts of attempts at the perfect homemade protein bars. This was also a lifesaver to make tamales for Thanksgiving from scratch:

2. Cuisinart 14-Cup Food Processor

Again, this is an appliance we have used so much more than we expected. We have made many zucchini fritters, made our own butters, and flours such as oat flour, and its so quick and easy! And honestly many recipes call for it, so it’s nice having it in your arsenal.

3. Vitamix Blender 7500 or 750

Again this has been so amazing for everyday use. My husband would probably rank this his #1 most cherished item from our wedding registry, but I just get annoyed about cleaning it although Colin says that it’s super easy. I love a good dishwasher-safe item, and for something we use for shakes every day I sometimes get a little lazy, but the soups, the sauces and smoothies that come out of this thing are blended to perfection. Now that we have a tomato vine at our house this comes in handy to make THE BEST tomato soups I have ever had (and homemade!). Keep your eyes peeled on this one around Black Friday Cyber Monday because it was the lowest price I had ever seen it drop to so it may be worth it to purchase then!

Now that we have covered all the large appliances, let move on to some really great everyday-use items.

4. Parachute Towels

I can honestly say once you go with parachute, you just can’t go back. The thickness and plushness of these towels are unbeatable from what we’ve tried! And you have to get the bath sheets because the extra length is just extra luxurious versus the bath towel size. Now with little one on the way, he’s getting a baby parachute towel too because they are THAT GOOD. πŸ₯°

5. Brooklinen comforter

This has come with us since our New York days, so it wasn’t on our registry, but if you don’t already have one, I would highly recommend adding this one! We have never washed the comforter itself so just be prepared to also purchase a duvet cover hence the next item πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

6. Parachute bedding

So I mocked the above picture for our bedroom, and if there is somewhere you want to invest, it has to be the bedroom! We can truly say we are obsessed with our bed and it feels like we are staying in a 5 star hotel (if not better πŸ€ͺ) every night. From the linen duvet cover (clay), to the parachute sheets, to the silk pillowcases, to the best way to read in bed - hands down- on a Euro Sham from you guessed it.. #PARACHUTE. I have a problem.

7. Roomba

We got the roomba i7 and we love it but wish we had just gotten the automatic dirt disposal with it cuz it can get full fast- don’t judge us lol πŸ˜… I know there are two newer roombas that have come out so totally up to you all if you want the upgrade.

8. Stagg EKG Electric Kettle β˜•οΈ

Alright if you all like making pourover or tea, then don’t sleep on this super sleek kettle. The fellow products are all made so well. We ended up getting the grinder and the vacuum canisters from them just because we loved their stuff, and we have an obsession with coffee β˜•οΈ and you all are so lucky because now there are so many colors, and it’s available everywhere so you could register wherever for this lil guy! #Jealous

9. Le Creuset Dutch Oven

Colin resisted on getting this, but now loves it wished we had gotten this on the registry! It’s been so useful 😊

10. Finex Cast Iron Pan

This is a heavy duty cast iron pan, but man when Colin makes salmon in this - truly chefs kiss πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ³πŸ’‹ and the latest quick and easy dish has been sausage and peppers 🀀

Now for some runner ups…

  1. Air Fryer

So we haven’t fully gone down the research for this, but I feel like this is something we 100% wish we had added to our registry since we have now jumped on the bandwagon- shout out to my friend Talya- and it’s truly a very useful appliance. Just make sure that if you are really going to use it, that you look for something with double compartments because we current have a small one that we wanted to test if we really would use this or not, and the answer is YES. We are double compartment power user people now lol - must air fry two things at once lol.

2. Glass Tupperware

I know, this sounds so basic, but do not sleep on it. These are some of our most used items. We have the Pyrex Ultimate 10-Piece Glass Storage set, and these are the freaking best. We got ours on a fantastic deal at Costco, but you may as well register for these! As an alternative there is a 4PC Square Glass Food Storage from Public Goods, which was another contender for us.

3. Duralex Nesting Glass Bowls - 10 Piece Set

These have been a STAPLE for our kitchen and a workhorse for our kitchen, so I would add these in as well. Promise you wont regret it.

4. Tineco Wet Vac

Probably not a must have for everybody, but if you or your significant other is always cleaning this could be a very very useful tool. It is a cordless, bucket-less, compact wet vac that has been great for our hardwood floors and tile and just looks nicer than a mop and bucket - sorry Cardi πŸͺ£.

Hope you enjoyed- and thank you for stopping by! Happy #WeddingPlanning
